was not able to finish the final exam

I paid to take another traffic school course for another ticket I received. As I reach to take the final exam it told me to update my profile which I did and it kept showing "error" saying that there is already existing account under the license number. Correct Name on Traffic School Certificate

Dear sir or madam,

I was really pleased with how easy and informational your course was. I was a little nervous to do traffic school online since I've never done anything like this before. It took be a couple of hours to finish but I really enjoyed it. The only thing is that I noticed my name is spelled wrong. It should be Abraham and it is spelled Abrham. Can this be fixed?
