Hi,
I finished my course on March 20, 202**. I was told the certificate of completion would be electronically submitted to the Court, but my insurance company just informed me that it wasn't, and the ticket is still on my record. My driver's license is California Y*******. Please help.

Paying Extra Insurance Premiums

Hello,

I had taken this course last year as a result of a ticket and recently found out that the certificate of completion was not received by the DMV. This resulted in me having a point on my record. Can you look into this and tell me why the Court and DMV didn't process my certificate please?

This is unacceptable. As a result, my family has been paying extra insurance premiums. Let me know how to proceed.

Ok thank you for that update, I did not realize that I had to pay a fee to the court for attending traffic school. I will do that and then go from there. Thank you for the prompt response.

Frustrated Traffic School Customer Appreciates Customer Service

I'm trying to complete your online traffic school but its asking to verify my day of birth (September 16, ****). When I put it in it logs me out and I have to enter my DL# and email address again. I need to complete this course and turn in a certificate to the Downey courthouse. I don't want my insurance to get wind of my violation out so can you help me get access please!!

Thank you. I went ahead and paid the ticket with the court and requested traffic school again. Can you please resubmit my certificate again. I appreciate the thoroughness of your correspondence and looking all of that info up at the court for me. I did not expect that and thank you for that level of customer service.

Took Traffic School Without Approval from Court

Hello sorry I had taken traffic school california online here last year for Riverside County. I got my certificate but on my old phone and my insurance called me to tell me that I still have a point on my driving record. My insurance went up really high after traffic school

I completed your online traffic course for Moreno Valley court in February. I was wondering if it got thru to the court ok. My insurance went up really high and has not gone down one bit yet. I thought if I did traffic school my insurance wouldn't increase? Please let know what I can do. Thanks!

Insurance Increase Because I Did Not Go to Traffic School

Good Evening,

I received a speeding ticket about 6 months ago. It was a ticket I likely could have easily fought but elected not to (didn't have time). My insurance has gone up drastically from this. I paid for the ticket already and it is on my record. Is it too late to take an online cause to erase the speeding ticket? This was my first ever ticket. Will passing an online course erase the ticket? I am in California.

I thought that by paying the ticket and electing to go to traffic school I wouldn't get any points on my driving record. However, the San Mateo Court and DMV did not get proof of completion and my insurance renewal has gone up as a result.
