Insurance Rates Going Up After Letter from DMV

Completed my traffic school course on 7/21. I just got a call from my insurance co saying rates going up after letter from dmv. This is my first time doing traffic school but I thought Calaveras county would get some kind of proof?

Noticed I still had a point on my DMV Driving Record

Question (submitted on 8/24/2020)

I completed your online course on 11/12 and noticed I still had a point on my driving record. My fees have already been paid for at the Riverside County. My insurance rates have increased and its because of the point. Not sure if the information of my completion was sent to the DMV and if I should contact the DMV to see why I still have a point on my record?

Courts Never Received Traffic School Certificate

Hello,

Our insurance company contacted us for our bill that was tripled due to the fact that they NEVER received the certificate of completion from the DMV. We have an e-mail from you that I completed your online course but the completion certificate was never received by the court. The ticket was in Imperial County and the court where we paid the ticket is Winterhaven. Please look into this the case # is WII******. Thanks.
