I have a point on my DMV record

The courts did not report completion of this course? I know I did traffic school, please help.

I took traffic school to avoid any points on my driving record. My insurance company is saying that my completion certificate did not get processed by the court and dmv. I took the course for a moving violation in Orange county and finished it on 3/8. How can I get this point removed?
