Traffic Ticket in Montana but Live in California

May I take your course to dismiss this ticket or reduce my insurance costs?

I received a speeding citation in Montana 2 weeks ago but I live in Ventura County California and was traveling in the state of Montana when I received the speeding ticket. I don't want any points to go on my driving record and I don't want my AAA insurance to raise my premium. Can I take this course to prevent from my insurance going up and to keep the points from going on my CA driving record? Thanks you, Rich

You will need to contact the court listed on your ticket or paperwork. The Montana state courthouse will be able to confirm your eligibility for traffic school. In most cases, you will need to take a state approved course based on where the ticket was issued. However, the court may allow you to complete a California approved course since you are a resident. You will need to verify with the court and if approved, you can proceed with selecting the county of your residence and any court listed on our website.

Upon completion, we will send a certificate directly to you to submit to your courthouse.
