Cannot find my case or docket number

I cannot find my ticket so I cannot find my case or docket number to enter on the course. I have tried to find my case # online but I can only find my ticket number. Can I use my ticket # instead of the case # area?

Certificate of completion to Santa Clarita Courthouse

Question (submitted on 3/28/2020)

I signed up with your traffic school after paying for my ticket and the extra fee for traffic school at the Santa Clarita courthouse. The court said to make sure a certificate of completion gets sent to them. How do I print a copy of my course completion certificate?

Thanks for getting back to me. My birthdate is incorrect. Correct date is 1/15/19**.
