Santa Clara County Approved Traffic School Case Number

The court in Santa Clara County approved me for traffic school. I signed up and paid for your online school. I already finished pass and submitted my course but I just realized my case number has one number wrong. The correct one is 20TR*****. Please change?

Resend my certificate of completing this course to the Santa Clara county court

Hello,

I would like to see if you guys can resend my certificate of completing this course to the Santa Clara county court. My drivers license is A******* and the citation number/ticket number is 20TR******. I received a note in the mail saying that the court has not received the certificate yet since I did the course first and then paid my traffic ticket after. I guess I was supposed to pay the ticket first and then do traffic school, I did it the other way around. Thanks.

Traffic Ticket Backlog at Court

Hello-

I had completed my online traffic school from your website on 3/7/20**. The due date for the court is 3/31/20**. However, when I checked my traffic case status in the county court portal the case status still shows as OPEN. Can you please confirm if you have submitted my certificate to the court? I will appreciate if you can please respond at the earliest. Thanks!
