Lost my citation number

I've seemed to lost my citation number. I paid the ticket with Alameda County but I need that info for my traffic school certificate. How can I get this and is it going to be a problem?

Paying Extra Insurance Premiums

Hello,

I had taken this course last year as a result of a ticket and recently found out that the certificate of completion was not received by the DMV. This resulted in me having a point on my record. Can you look into this and tell me why the Court and DMV didn't process my certificate please?

This is unacceptable. As a result, my family has been paying extra insurance premiums. Let me know how to proceed.

Ok thank you for that update, I did not realize that I had to pay a fee to the court for attending traffic school. I will do that and then go from there. Thank you for the prompt response.

How Many Days to Complete Traffic School

My traffic ticket is from Riverside County. I paid the fees with the court and I was granted approval for traffic school. I don't know how long I have to complete traffic school?

Fought Ticket in Court and Lost

I tried fighting my ticket in court with Riverside and unfortunately I did not win. I think I signed up for your traffic school already and completed. I was told that if I did not win my traffic case I would get the initial class fee that I signed up for back. Please advise?

My fault, I was talking about a ticket I received in Riverside County not the one I completed traffic school for in Orange County with you. I'm glad you took care of that ticket for Orange County. I got confused and confused you guys with the ticket clinic for my other ticket where I tried to fight in court and lost. WHat a hassle and sorrry again for the mix up. Thank you.
