was not able to finish the final exam

I paid to take another traffic school course for another ticket I received. As I reach to take the final exam it told me to update my profile which I did and it kept showing "error" saying that there is already existing account under the license number. I'm currently taking the online traffic school. I must finish for Alameda and turn in a certificate. Your system stopped taking input on the interactive section (i.e. "Clicking" on an answer returns no action). Is there some sort of timer running and I'm just doing it too fast?

Wrong Court House in my Traffic School profile

Hi - I mistakenly put down the wrong courthouse in my profile and I already finished the online traffic school course. The correct courthouse that should be notified that I completed the course is Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse on 661 Washington St, Oakland, CA. The one I have listed in my profile is in Alameda. Can someone please fix this for me and send my record of completion to the correct courthouse I mentioned above?
