Questions About My Due Date

I enrolled for the online traffic school course. My understanding was the deadline, as mentioned in letter from court, is January 5. But I just noticed the course I purchased, that I have not started yet, is already past due on Oct 17th. Please advise how can I complete the course, which is critical for me, as I do not want the ticket to affect my record.

Thank you for your email. As long as court receive the certificate I am fine. Do I need to do anything else such as be in contact with DMV for the certificate or is that not needed?

I found your course online and was happy to hear that my court Chatsworth allows for online traffic school. This is my first time getting a traffic ticket which I'm not happy about. I need to sign up and my due date for traffic school is 6/5. Where do I go to start?

Take Traffic School on My Laptop

I have a home computer and a laptop at home. My computer will let me log in and continue with the traffic school course in which I took 2 lessons already. My laptop which I am now using to write this email does not recognize me and says that I am incorrectly answering the log in validation questions???? Can someone please contact me so that I don't have to be stuck on the desktop computer and I can sit comfortably and use my laptop to take the course. Thank you in advance for your response.

I paid for my ticket and the option to go to traffic school with the Van Nuys court. I completed your online traffic school but my insurance company is saying the point is still there. Did you deliver my certificate to the California DMV? If so, please provide proof. Thank you!

I took this online course many weeks ago for a ticket in Los Angeles County and the courthouse being Chatsworth. I've called you to double-check that my certificate has been sent to the courthouse.
