I recently received a moving violation ticket in San Mateo County. The court told me that if I do traffic school the point will not go on my driving record. I found your school on google and signed up and completed the course. I purchased the dismissal verification, when will I receive that?

Update Case Number for San Mateo Ticket for Speeding

Question (submitted on 4/5/2020)

Hello,

I completed the traffic school online and the certificate of completion was confirmed yesterday 4/5. I am not sure if I entered the correct case number because I was unsure where it was or what it was on my ticket. There is no way of editing personal info on the TS account webpage. I was wondering if a wrong case number was put in would that delay the process of getting my traffic school acknowledgment with the local DMV? All other info like name, driver license #, and things like that are accurate though. Thank you! Beth
