I completed your driving school course months ago to get a point waived from my driving record. The certificate for the course was supposed to be sent to the DMV. Today I got a letter in the mail saying the point still stands on my record. So I'm wondering what I even paid for? I could lose my license and have raised insurance prices because of this.

My insurance co is telling me that I still have a point on my driving record even though I took traffic school. Because of the point my SafeAuto is raising my rates by over $100 each month.
