Dismissal confirmation of traffic ticket

Dear Traffic School Staff,

I completed my course on Sunday 11-22 and had signed up for receiving confirmation that the Traffic School Completion Certificate has been delivered to the Court/DMV.

As of today I have not received any confirmation yet. If you could please advise me when I should expect a confirmation of timely filing I would greatly appreciate it.

The final filing date is Monday 11-30. Thank you.

Reopen Traffic Ticket Case to Clean Points on my DMV Record

Hello-

My driving record shows that I have a couple of points from some traffic tickets in Ventura County that I received a few years ago. My auto insurance is really high because of the multiple points that I have. My insurance says that I might be able to take traffic school so the DMV can remove my points. I want to clean up my driving record, so can I take this course to do that?

I completed my online traffic school for Los Angeles County. When I was signing up with you guys I put the wrong ticket number 7*****. I was wondering if there is any chance that I can switch the ticket number to the correct number instead of taking the whole course again. Thank you for your time.
