I'm currently taking your online course for my ticket in OC. I'm having trouble completing the course because the logout timer keeps logging me out every 90 seconds. How do I get around this so I can finish my traffic school?

My drivers license number is wrong

Hello,

I'm having trouble logging in I enter my email and drivers license number but still doesn't allow me in. I hit the forgot password on the website and that didn't help either. I need to get this done as the Porterville courthouse in Tulare county gave me a due date that is approaching soon. Please help!
