Traffic School Questions for Courthouse

Did I select the right courthouse for my citation

Hello, I just completed my course but was not sure if I have selected the right court contact info. Citation was issued in Santa Clara, CA. The court correspondence showed branch name as "South County Courthouse" with different street and mailing addresses. Can you please double check and correct if necessary?
Street address: 301 Diana Ave Morgan Hill CA95037
Mailing address: 191 North 1st St San Jose CA 95113.

Looking for Court Confirmation

I plan on driving to the Riverside Court who should be handling my citation Case # MV2********, but I would like to avoid doing that if at all possible, hence this e-mail. So, it has been several weeks since you advised you will notify the Court in Moreno Valley, Ca. of my having completed traffic school but I have not heard from the Court about having satisfied this. Should I, do you know, have something in writing to that effect? Thank you for your assistance thus far!!

Hi,

The reason why I'm contacting you is due to my car insurance rate increasing. They are showing no record of my traffic school completion and the DMV has now gave me a (1) point towards my driving record. I signed up and completed your online traffic school course for my ticket in Los Angeles County the Van Nuys court. I'm hoping you guys can confirm that the certificate was indeed received by the Court and DMV on time?

Court Certificate Status

Hello,

I have completed the traffic school course on February 9th for Santa Barbara County. If I am not mistaken you send the completion certificate 3 days after. However, I have checked with the court and they claim no completion certificate has been submitted to them yet. I would really appreciate if you can check this issue and submit the certificate as soon as possible. My insurance is renewing next month and I want to have the traffic violation point handled ASAP. Thanks!
