I Have Two Points on My DMV Record

I just got in the mail a couple weeks ago that I had two points on my record. The first one shouldn't be there because I completed this course. I think something needs to be sent over to the DMV so they can clear it off my record and my insurance doesn't go up even more. Thank you!

I Forgot to Pay the Traffic School Fee

I completed the Florida 4-hour course on Monday for my violation in Palm Beach County. I paid extra on your website for electronic delivery, so I could take the certificate to the court when paying my ticket.
