Hello,

I received a traffic ticket in San Joaquin County. I thought that when you complete the traffic school test that it would be sent to the court. In the mail from the court I received a bill for $52.00 so that a point will be hidden on my record. I thought that your traffic school took care of this. Why do I have to pay $52.00 when I paid for your school and passed the course already?

Understanding My Fees and Traffic School

Hello,

I have a traffic ticket from Riverside County that is due 2/21/20**. I'm not so sure what to do first, do I sign up and complete traffic school and then pay the ticket? If I sign up for traffic school do I even have to pay my fine? Also, by paying the $59 traffic school fee to the court does that take care of my traffic school with your school?

After all that you'll do the rest after I complete your course, right?
