Lost my citation number

I've seemed to lost my citation number. I paid the ticket with Alameda County but I need that info for my traffic school certificate. How can I get this and is it going to be a problem?

I have a ticket and need to take traffic school for Alameda County. I'm trying to register and the personal information requests a case#. I have a Docket # a Citation # and a receipt #. Which should I use?

What info do I need to sign up for traffic school

Hello,

I have a traffic ticket from Los Angeles County. I'm in the process of trying to sign up for your online traffic school so my insurance doesn't go up. I cannot find my ticket but I did manage to get the number of the ticket from the police department. What other information do you need so that you can contact the court after I finish your online course?
