Notice that I did not complete traffic school

Question (submitted on 10/12/2020)

I took your traffic school course order# C********-********** on 9/22. I received a 100% passing score. I need a copy of my certificate emailed to me so I can send it to the DMV here in Jacksonville, FL. I was under the impression it would automatically be sent to them but they need it by 10/15.

I keep receiving a notice from you that I didn't complete the course but I can't seem to to log in. I don't know what is missing!

Please help me.

Need copy of completion for 4 hour test

I completed my Florida traffic school on 10/5 for Alachua County. I don't see a certificate where I can turn this into the court. I need a copy of the completion certificate for the 4 hour test please.

I got a speeding ticket in Lee County Florida. I was told my the court to take a Driver Improvement course so I don't get points on my drivers license. I found your website online and would like to sign up but need to know which of the Florida courses do I have to do? Ticket number: A******
