IM TRYING TO COMPLETE MY SCHOOL FOR CONTRA COSTA. IVE ALREADY SIGNED UP AND PAID THE TRAFFIC SCHOOL FEE. I CANNOT LOGIN TO MY TRAFFIC SCHOOL WITH MY DL#?
