Hello, I started my online traffic school course for San Francisco without court permission. I didn't know I needed court permission and I've been trying to contact the court for the last 2 weeks. Seems like the office is not open and I need to get permission so I can take my final exam. What should I do please help me?

Hello, my name is Nyda and I had got a speeding ticket in 2018 in San Francisco County. I forgot about it and I got a point on my driving record so my insurance increased. I went to court and paid the ticket and I was supposed to do traffic school online but I forgot. Can I still do my online traffic school?
