Traffic Ticket in Montana but Live in California

I received a speeding citation in Montana 2 weeks ago but I live in Ventura County California and was traveling in the state of Montana when I received the speeding ticket. I don't want any points to go on my driving record and I don't want my AAA insurance to raise my premium. Can I take this course to prevent from my insurance going up and to keep the points from going on my CA driving record? Thanks you, Rich

Turning without complete stop at a traffic camera

Hello,

I received a citation in the mail for turning w/o complete stopping on a traffic camera in Los Angeles. If I take your course will that help me with the ticket? Will I receive points for this ticket? Is it legal to pursue this against me? I would like an answer if you can asap so that I am prepared. Thank you!
