Traffic School for Ticket in Ventura County

I used this traffic school a few years ago for a ticket in Los Angele County. I completed this course well over 18 months ago, so I should be eligible for another traffic school class.

However, when I try to log in to my old account, I cannot find an option to start course again for my new ticket in Ventura County.

Do I need to make a new traffic school account?

Also, I am not able to find the payment? Do I do that in the new account? Please let me know ASAP as I want to finish this course today, and I def want to take it with your guys again because last time was hassle free. Thx

Traffic School Due Date Reminder

Hello again! I have paid and took the traffic school course/test on April 16th and have not receive confirmation that I have completed this course for Los Angeles. I thought I was done but then I receive an email from your company that says reminder I need to finish my course still before my due date. My order number with you and paid for is #C********-********** and my citation number again is A*******-****. The court due date is May 8th. PLEASE confirm ASAP that you have received and have submitted my completion of your traffic school to the court I indicated. Sincerely Betty.

OH MY GOSH! Thank you so much for the reminder. I cant believe that I thought I was done after lesson 1, but now I see that i have to do the other section and finals exam. I am so thankful that you send the reminders!! I will finish the course today to beat my due date!!
