CA DMV Driving Record

I received a ticket two years ago. I took and completed California traffic school course back when ticket was issued. I checked the DMV records today and my ticket from then is still shown on my record.

**UPDATE**

Maybe there is confusion on my end from what the report is showing. Please see what I got from the DMV records.

Traffic School Help Logging In

Hello I need trafficschool help!

I totally signed up with the first letter in my license being incorrect. My log in email is: k*************@gmail.com and the first letter of my license I signed up with is B but I was wrong it is the letter F.

Please help me fix the issue so I may continue with completing my school for traffic. Thank you for your time and help!

First Time Online Traffic School Issues

Help needed please - The court in Alameda County approved me for an online traffic school course to keep points off my drivers license. This is my first time doing an online school, the last time I went to traffic school was in a classroom. I found your school on the Alameda court list and I'm on your website trying to sign up but it's saying that I need to choose my state even though California is already there and grayed out. I keep getting an error to pick a state, please help?

Entered Wrong Court for Traffic Citation

I was driving up north when I received a ticket in Fremont. When I was on your course registering it asked for a court name and I chose Oakland. I found out when I paid the ticket that the County is Alameda and the court is Fremont. I need you to change the court from Oakland to Fremont please?

Speeding ticket I have in Alameda County CA

So yeah, I'm signed up with your traffic school course for a speeding ticket I have in Alameda County CA.

Here's what;s happening I need assistance with:

I'm currently taking the course and had no trouble taking the first 5 sections. Everything worked as expected.

Now I'm having trouble with section 6. I can't move to the next page. I'm not able to move forward through the section nothing is working.

Please help?
