I got a ticket while driving in Los Angeles. I purchased your course on Groupon. When I completed the course it was asking if I wanted rush processing? I thought my certificate was already being sent to the court today? Can you help me decide what I need?

Finish my Traffic Ticket Program and I cant log back in.

Hello-

I need your help! It's been a couple of years since I last did traffic school. Los Angeles County granted me approval to do an online traffic school course. I'm not computer savvy, but I was able to register and pay but I'm having difficulties getting back into the DMV traffic school program. Please help?

Confirm that my certification was indeed sent to court and DMV

Hello,

I got a traffic ticket in January 20** and I finished my traffic school program in June of the same year. I recently found out that the points from that ticket are now on my driving record despite completing the course. Can you confirm that my certification was indeed sent to the DMV and to the Court? Are you able to send it retroactively?
