Fought Ticket in Court and Lost
Question (submitted on 9/8/2020)
I tried fighting my ticket in court with Riverside and unfortunately I did not win. I think I signed up for your traffic school already and completed. I was told that if I did not win my traffic case I would get the initial class fee that I signed up for back. Please advise?

My fault, I was talking about a ticket I received in Riverside County not the one I completed traffic school for in Orange County with you. I'm glad you took care of that ticket for Orange County. I got confused and confused you guys with the ticket clinic for my other ticket where I tried to fight in court and lost. WHat a hassle and sorrry again for the mix up. Thank you.

Traffic School or Fight Speeding Ticket

I just pulled of the right side of the road to grab my glasses left in the trunk while driving north on SR-75 Coronado when I was stopped by a traffic officer stating that I was going 84 Mph in a 65 MPH zone. I was thinking about the options I have for this speeding ticket. I have a video from my dashcam showing the speed and time of day in San Diego. If found guilty can I attend the traffic if the court allows it?
