At the advice of my attorney I want to take your online traffic school

Hello,
I received a speeding ticket in Solano County and I registered for the online traffic school at the end of last week but decided I didn't want to bother taking traffic school. At the advice of my attorney I have changed my mind and wanted to proceed with your online traffic school. Can the transaction process be reversed so I can start my online course immediately or are there other steps to be taken?

Traffic School Login Help for my Son

Hello,
We need assistance I signed my son up for the online CA traffic ticket course Patrick ******* and the system is not recognizing him. I previously used this course in 2017 when I had a ticket in Orange County CA. The system is looking for my old Wisconsin drivers license of which I don't know the numbers other than it started with an M. Can you help untangle this please? Cathy (Patrick's mom)
