I chose TrafficSchool.com among over 2000 licensed and approved by the California DMV traffic schools because their customer support and even business owner expressed care, and personal attention to my concerns and questions.

I was happy to be able to reach people on the phone and by email when I need them. In contrast other 'top-rated' traffic violator schools such as iDriveSafely or Aceable were not available by phone. Others like GoToTrafficschool were limited in supporting only Google Chrome as web browser.

Received My Citation and Ready to Begin Traffic School

Question (submitted on 8/14/2020)

I received my citation in Riverside County and I'm ready to begin traffic school so I don't get any points on my DMV record. I was told to make sure the traffic school is approved before you start. I need to be sure that you are approved by the DMV in order to get credit for this class by my court. My citation number is J******. Please advise so I can begin. Thank you.

Ticket from San Bernardino and requested traffic school

Hi:

I paid my traffic ticket with San Bernardino county online and requested traffic school. I also enrolled in your school paying a fee since I have not attended a traffic school in over 5 years. I have not started the class yet. Should I have waited for traffic court approval?

**UPDATE**
Thanks for your help again. A quick question if you don't mind... I have started working on the course test and might complete it today or tomorrow. On the case info required, I have all the info (citation number etc.) except what date the court requires me to complete the test since I have not received any paperwork from the court. Should I wait to get something in the mail or is there another way to get it? Thanks!
