Certificate when completing the traffic school

I received a ticket in Sacramento CA. I need to take traffic school so I don't get points on my driving record. I took your course but never received my certificate when completing the traffic school?
**UPDATE**
I didn't know I had to pay my ticket, I assumed if I took traffic school it would wipe that away. I will call the court to pay my ticket. Thanks.

Hello, I started my online traffic school course for San Francisco without court permission. I didn't know I needed court permission and I've been trying to contact the court for the last 2 weeks.
