Confirm that my certification was indeed sent to court and DMV

Hello,
I got a traffic ticket in January 20** and I finished my traffic school program in June of the same year. I recently found out that the points from that ticket are now on my driving record despite completing the course. Can you confirm that my certification was indeed sent to the DMV and to the Court? Are you able to send it retroactively?

Hello,
I took this online course many weeks ago for a ticket in Los Angeles County and the courthouse being Chatsworth. I've called you to double-check that my certificate has been sent to the courthouse. You stated that it had been. I am very concerned that it is approaching the due date. How long will it take for this to be cleared? Thank you.
