Professionalism of each Traffic School.com representative I spoke to. I searched many schools due to a deadline. Traffic School.com was a breath of fresh air after speaking with representatives at other schools who did not answer their phone with a professional tone. They sounded tired or as if my call disturbed them. I could not risk that lack of professionalism and care, which might cause additional problems for me. Some representatives did not know their products and kept placing me on hold to answer simple questions, such as: Do you have an expedited process, and how does it work for reporting to the court? Many schools did not answer their phones at all. Voicemail messages went unanswered, and some answered their business line as if I had called a residence, with no mention of the business name until I asked if they were on the court's list of authorized course providers. Knowledge of product(s). I had quite a few questions. Answers were provided with patience and a smile I could hear in their voices. I appreciated this, as I spent two days calling several traffic schools. I was concerned about leaving this important and financially significant court and auto insurance situation in the wrong hands, with a deadline looming. I spent time I did not really have to find a school, because I would not allow this to be left in the wrong hands only to later hear, "Sorry, we made a mistake." That empty apology would not pay my increased insurance bill over the next couple of years. Traffic school is a serious matter; it affects futures. It may sound outlandish, but it makes a difference. Traffic School.com realizes this, and it shows with your representatives (smile). Helpfulness. I misplaced his name; however, another gentleman answered my first call to Traffic School.com and set a positive, inviting tone for your business. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable.
