Insurance notified me that ticket is still showing on my record

We sent an email to the court and they have processed your completion with the DMV as of today. However, they also explained that the point will not get removed since traffic school has already been applied to your other 2 tickets. The DMV only allows you to take traffic school once every 18 months which is calculated from the violation dates. It appears you received case# D****** on 12/6/2017 and then case# 2***** on 6/23/2018 which is only 6 months apart. Also, the ticket (D******) will fall off of your record after 3 years, so you can contact the DMV to confirm when that would be removed.
