I live in California and got a speeding ticket in South Dakota

In most cases, you will need to take a state approved course based on where the ticket was issued. However, the court may allow you to complete a California approved course since you are a resident.

You will need to verify with the court and if approved, you can proceed with selecting the county of your residence and any court listed on our website. Upon completion, we will send a certificate directly to you to submit to your courthouse. If you do not get approved, then we can cancel your registration.
