Can I take the Traffic School before I go to Court
- question from 10/16/2020 by Sharon, filed under Register Online and Eligibility
Does the court have to approve or appoint me to Traffic School?
Hello,
I've got a speeding ticket on Oct 4th in Eldorado County. I was told to call the court in two weeks to follow up on my ticket. Can I take the Traffic School before I go to court?
Does the court have to approve or appoint me to Traffic School?
TrafficSchool.com Says
Hello Sharon-
You will need to wait for your ticket to get filed in the court system. Once filed, the court will mail you a courtesy notice with your options on paying the ticket fees. If eligible for traffic school, then you will need to pay the fine plus a court administrative fee in order to be approved. The court will then assign you a due date to complete traffic school.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Have a wonderful day from TrafficSchool.com-TVS #E1393.
