I signed up for traffic school to erase my previous speeding ticket. The ticket is from 2 years ago and it had been paid 2 years ago as well. The problem is that I can't find my citation number or the traffic records for that. I have another ticket that my insurance said that has hit my driving record that I must take care of. So what can I do?

I purchased your online course and also a course manual copy to satisfy my traffic school requirements for San Mateo County. I'm about to start my traffic school course now because my due date to turn in my certificate is in a couple of days. My question is how do I get that course manual, can I download it somewhere or can you send it to me email address?

Can I Do Traffic School Extension for Year Old Ticket

Hello,

I need help a bout my ticket that I complete all of the seven sections of the test. Also, I completed the payment at the last step to take the final exam but it wanted me to update my info and asked about my ticket due date. The year it was 2019 but there was no choice to select 2019 there was only 2020 and above. How can I put the previous year?
