I just finished the 4-Hour BDI course for Florida where I received my ticket. Your course has a few additional options you can purchase which I chose the rush processing and to have my completion certificate emailed to me. I finished the course already and I don't have my completion certificate in my email?

I completed the Florida 4-hour course on Monday for my violation in Palm Beach County. I paid extra on your website for electronic delivery, so I could take the certificate to the court when paying my ticket. I've already finished the course and need to know when am I going to receive the certificate?
