I received a minor speeding violation in Santa Barbara county, CA and need to take a traffic school course. How does this work? After I complete the course, do you electronically send the certificate to the court? Please advise. Thanks.

Hi, I'm new to this whole process but I have a ticket I need to take care of for Santa Barbara County. I have paid for your traffic school course already and about to complete it. My question is do I need to pay for the ticket BEFORE I take this course? When I pay the ticket do I select the option to pay the fine including the traffic school portion?
