Completed traffic school to clear a ticket

Good Morning,

I completed traffic school through your site to clear a ticket from the Los Angeles Police Department in March.

However, according to my insurance company the certificate of completion did not register with the DMV.

I need proof that I completed the course as well as it being registered with the DMV. I registered and paid for the traffic school course on 3/24.

Can you please send me proof of completion and any instructions for making sure that the DMV receives proof?

Can I just mail the certificate into the court

Hi,

My name is Cheryle and my daughter Pepper ******* received a traffic ticket in Ventura County. I signed her up for your online traffic school course so our insurance does not go up. I had her complete the online course and I need to know how we are to receive her completion certificate. Does it come in the mail or is it just through online and if it comes in the mail can I just mail it to the Simi Valley courthouse? Thank You!
