Traffic school for my citation in Los Angeles

I'm signed up with your school for my citation in Los Angeles. When I paid the ticket at the Chatsworth courthouse they gave me a due date to finish traffic school. I believe my due date was last month.

What can I do?

Can I get more time to take the course?? If not, can I get my money back for the school then?

I have a moving violation from Los Angeles County. I need to take traffic school so I don't get any points on my driving record. Chatsworth court approved me for traffic school. What I need to know is your online school approved with Los Angeles Superior, Chatsworth Court CA?
