Traffic School Certificate Rejected

Hello,

I just got a call from the General today about my completion for my Traffic School today. They told me I still have a point on my driving record so the DMV & Simi Valley court didn't get my traffic school information. I'm sending this email to try and get a copy of the electronic Completion Certification from you guys or for you to resend another certificate so I can get that point removed. Let's fix my insurance!!!! Thank you.

Thank you. I was confused about which fee to pay. I will contact Ventura County today and pay that admin fee.
