Hello. I finished your school on the 26th for Butte County and I gave all necessary court info. I paid for the course to meet my requirement for the Chico Court. I just want to confirm that certificate was sent to the court house?

I did not know I had to pay my ticket. I thought I needed to do traffic school first. I will call the court and pay my ticket now. Thanks.

Frustrated Traffic School Customer Appreciates Customer Service

I'm trying to complete your online traffic school but its asking to verify my day of birth (September 16, ****). When I put it in it logs me out and I have to enter my DL# and email address again. I need to complete this course and turn in a certificate to the Downey courthouse. I don't want my insurance to get wind of my violation out so can you help me get access please!!

Thank you. I went ahead and paid the ticket with the court and requested traffic school again. Can you please resubmit my certificate again. I appreciate the thoroughness of your correspondence and looking all of that info up at the court for me. I did not expect that and thank you for that level of customer service.

Need my traffic school test processed for my speeding ticket by court

Hi,

I passed all of your traffic school tests for my speeding ticket in Los Angeles County. However, I got a letter in the mail from the court and they said, "We cannot process your traffic school certificate until you pay the $64 traffic school fee". I'm confused about this fee as I paid the ticket already and I paid your fee for traffic school. Could you please let me know what's going on with my completion certificate. Here's my info: Thanks.

My ticket is not cleared with DMV

Hi Everyone!

I had completed my traffic school test with a passing grade to satisfy my requirements with the Santa Clara County court. However, the ticket is still showing up on my DMV record and my insurance has increased. Can you tell me how can I get my ticket cleared so I can lower my increase rate? Thank you.
