Traffic School for Unsafe Speed for Prevailing Conditions Traffic Ticket

Question (submitted on 11/29/2020)

When I signed up with this course I also purchased a dismissal verification. I completed the course already on 10/24.

As the due date is approaching I still have not received the verification from Sacramento County that they received my completion. Can you let me know when I might be receiving the dismissal verification?

For reference, the ticket was with the Sacramento Superior Court system and the violation was listed on my paperwork as "Unsafe Speed for Prevailing Conditions" - not sure if it matters, but ticket was issued by Citrus Heights Police Department.
