Traffic School Questions for OFM

Need to attend a traffic school class to clear a traffic ticket in California but have OFM license

Hello,

I am an Italian citizen and have a specific driving license issued by the OFM Office for Foreign Mission US Department of State. So, I can't indicate any State License information in your registration form, it is not a Non US License but there is not an appropriate State for it: maybe Washington DC? I need to attend a traffic school class to clear a traffic ticket in California - Los Angeles County - Beverly Hills Court. Could you tell me how to solve the problem?

Furthermore, if I desire to have other services (for example a confirmation email that you sent the completion of the course to the Court) which is the cost of that service? Thank you.
