Traffic School Questions for Traffic School Not Completed

Point on Record Because Court Did Not Process My Traffic School

Question (submitted on 4/25/2020)

Back in 2018 I got a speeding ticket and use your website to complete my traffic school. My case number was 3********* for county Los Angeles and court Metropolitan. Today, I happen to find out I have a point on my license and it states that traffic school was not completed. I have an email with my certificate that states that I did not had to send anything to the court or DMV. I just want to make sure you guys did sent this information to the court and if it was their mistake to report it. Please let me know what I can do about it. I know its been some time already but I will like for this issue to be fixed. Thank you so much in advance look forward to speak with you soon.
