Traffic School Questions for Car Accident

Want to use traffic school to remove 1 point for the car accident i caused

Hello,

I do not have a traffic ticket I had a minor traffic accident which led to a point on my driving record. I want to use traffic school to remove 1 point from that accident. I signed up with your course and completed the 7 sections but before I take the final exam it wants me to update my ticket info. I don't have that so how to I go around that so I can take the final exam?
