  3. An infraction that transpires within an 18 month period after the date of a previous ticket and the defendant elected to attend a traffic school to mask the previous violation
  4. An infraction associated to alcohol or drug use, or alcohol or drug possession
  5. An infraction involving Tank Vehicles (as outlined in VCS 22406.5)
  6. A speeding ticket in which the alleged speed exceeds 25 miles over the posted or suitable speed limit as stated in Division 11, Chapter 7, Section 22348 of the CA Vehicle Code
  7. An infraction on which you, the defendant, neglected to appear under VC section 40508(a) unless the failure-to-appear charge has been settled and any fees imposed by the court have been paid
  8. An infraction on which the defendant has failed to appear under Penal Code section 1214.1 unless the civil monetary assessment has been paid
