TrafficSchool.com User Agreement

I certify under penalty of perjury that I was ordered by the court to attend traffic school and I alone will study the TrafficSchool.com course materials and take the review quizzes and tests without any outside assistance. I understand that if it is determined that I have not completed TrafficSchool.com without outside assistance, make false statements or present falsified documents to the court or TrafficSchool.com, that it may be a felony and the completion of this course will not be accepted and my fees will not be refunded. I have reviewed the list of TrafficSchool.com approved courts and understand that if I have received my citation from a court that does not have a formal agreement with TrafficSchool.com and decide to continue that the completion of this course may not be accepted and my fees will not be refunded. All returned checks will be subject to an additional $10.00 charge. In addition, TrafficSchool.com may prevent you from completing your course and/or may notify the court to invalidate your certificate until payment in full has been made.

I agree that I will take my TrafficSchool.com course in an educational atmosphere that is conducive to learning. I will not take this course while located in a bar, restaurant lounge or other rooms that serves alcohol, allows alcohol consumption or advertise or promote alcohol or its consumption. I agree that I will not consume or possess any alcoholic beverage while taking this course.

I agree that I have read and understand the following important notice. Any person involved in the offering of, or the soliciting for, a TrafficSchool.com completion certificate that does not participate in and successfully complete the TrafficSchool.com course may be found guilty of a felony.
