When will we receive a certificate of completion?

Hi there back in May I bought this through Groupon for my son. He needed to go to traffic school for a ticket.
He completed it and was told we would received a certificate in the mail and now it’s been almost 6 months and nothing.
I understand with COVID things are taking longer but not 6 months. W
ill you please look into this for me?

The Groupon voucher you purchased for your son Manuel includes the traffic school program and electronic reporting of his DMV certificate within 3 business days of completion, as required by the DMV. We do mention on our website, “We will send you confirmation when you have passed our course." You did not purchase any mailed or emailed copy of the completion certificate so nothing was sent to you. You can check the status of the certificate with San Mateo County by going to the court website here:
