Had a DUI 3 years ago - how do I get this taken off my record so I can apply for a class B License?
I unfortunately have a DUI on my driving record from 3 years ago. How can I get this taken off my driving record? I want to apply for a Class B LICENSE and would like to get this removed?

Hello Samuel-
We only offer traffic school for 1-point moving violations. You will need to contact the DMV for information on getting your license reinstated. A DUI or Wet Reckless on your DMV driver’s record in California results in 2 points on your license. You cannot go to traffic school for a DUI in California. Unfortunately, your only option with a 2-point offense conviction is to wait it out. In addition, failure to appear in court for a DUI conviction will keep those 2 points on your record for 10 years.
