hy are they asking me for more money?

Hello,

I received a traffic ticket in Sacramento County and needed to complete traffic school. I just completed the 7 chapters but before I can take the final test they want me to pay for the traffic school. I already paid for the school when I first signed up. Why are they asking me for more money?

Our system shows you have paid and successfully completed the course after sending this email. Are you referring to the fees you paid to the courthouse?

If so, please note that each court charges an additional fee to allow you to attend a traffic school or home study program. This is separate from any of our charges. If you do not pay this fee to the court, then the court will not process your certificate of completion with the DMV. In addition, all traffic schools including classroom, home study or Internet courses will charge separate fees.
